New microfibers work so efficiently because each of the millions of individual fibers are microscopically split to allow for extraordinary absorption. Just rinse your pad lightly with water, spray a light mist of the Clean ALL onto the pad, scrub with a brush, then rinse/wring out all cleaner and residue, and let air dry. The water softeners in the solution neutralizes calcium and magnesium in hard water that cause towels and pads to stiffen over time.
