Dual Layer arc shield rated at 80 cal cm² ideal for PPE CAT 4 and higher temperature applications. Proprietary design with special spectral absorbers. Layers are separated by an air gap with FR spacer. Sewn on Hook Velcro. Both shields are sewn together to prevent slippage. Certified and Tested by Kinetics High Current Laboratory. Dimensions: 10 in. x 18.5 in. x .078 in. Polycarbonate shield absorbs 99.9% of harmful UV A, B and C, 180-380 nm. Note: NFPA 70E requires users to wear a safety cap, NFPA 70E rated balaclava, safety glasses and ear plugs with an Arc face shield.
